Do you assist foreigners who are not in Brazil?
Yes. All assistance is remote, from southern Minas Gerais, throughout Brazil. Hiring is done at a distance (power of attorney) and payment can be international.
What language will I be assisted in?
English. You write in your language and we reply in your language. We also assist in Spanish and Portuguese.
Do you only handle criminal cases?
No. The firm takes the case, triages it and resolves what it can; complex matters are referred to a specialist. We also handle binational family matters and give initial guidance on visa/residence, work, business and real estate.
